New electrical outlet installations and switches should be mounted within a reachable distance for someone who maybe confined to a wheel chair, work surfaces should be at a managable height releasing the restrictions of an unsuitable environment.
Where there are visual difficulties clearly marked switching facilities and locations whether by light, colour or wording should be made available to the client.
